Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.
Drop Off Package
Take your package to any authorized carrier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for proof of shipment.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
